Works with Google

Two optional Google features — and exactly what schcal uses your Google data for.

We use Google data only for these features — never for advertising, never sold and never used to train AI models. schcal's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

• Sign in with Google

  Staff and clients can sign in with their Google account instead of a password. We use your name and email address only to create and identify your account.

• Google busy times block bookings

  Staff can connect Google Calendar. We read the times and titles of events on the calendars you choose, so clients can't book you when you're busy. Titles are shown to you alone — never to clients or colleagues.

• Your appointments in Google Calendar

  Switch it on and we add your appointments to one calendar you choose: the time, service and location, with the client's initials or name only if you choose. Never notes, chart or intake content, or contact details.

• Disconnect any time

  Disconnect in Settings and we remove your future appointments from Google, revoke our access and delete the calendar data we kept.
